What's unusual (and still hilarious) is that while Ralph is typically clearly retarded, it's usually in such a different way than how other lolcows are retarded. The weird part is that's not the case here. This is the type of retarded you expect from CWC or Cyraxx. While not outside of his history, it's not in his standard, day-to-day modus operandi.
