Not Ralph on his Mafia shit again. Didn't the last time that happen:
- Icedanc3r became King Mersh's consort.
- Ralph hosted the 'Fuck Mersh Festival' that went horribly and all he did was seethe about Rekieta the entire time.
- Ralph vowed he was done with drama and da sektur, and he would stick to do boring political streams (which is no different than any of his other streams), only to veer back into boring drama because he's a hypersensitive BPD woman.

The anonymous and very real manager of the Killstream X account made a few posts about Ralph in the first person. Ralph probably needs to have a sit-down with them to clear that confusion up or people will start thinking it's him posting from that account.
Has he larped that recently? Seems like it's always out of the blue, after months of posting like it's his. TBH, Not sure why he bothers. No one believes it because it's retarded, and it's not like it'd shield him from anything legally at this point.
You can tell reading his text alone that Ralph isn't gonna get that MRI anytime soon, LOL. It's a combination of being too poor and too scared to get a medical confirmation that's something is wrong with him. Especially something that Xanax, booze, Percocets, and English peptides won't be able to fix.

Ralph posting about his cat like he's a boomer grandma on Facebook. Obviously, you feel bad for Smoke, but you gotta wonder how Ralph will manage sticking to her treatment plan since it requires effort.
Half a tablet implies he's gonna have to cut the pill of it's not precut, and he has to actually give it to her, which may not be all that easy. If he just throws it in her food, Smoke might just pick that shit out and throw it aside and Ralph wouldn't notice. If he wants to be slightly more responsible, he can try giving it to her within a treat, but that requires her to be food motivated and not minding the pill.
Ofc, this is also ignoring it's Ralph we're dealing with, so he might just swallow the pill himself. Then, the inhaler part. Haha, good luck with that one bud. Hopefully Smoke remains calm and doesn't put up too much of a fight. I'm sure your knee won't cause any problems moving around trying to pick up Smoke or anything like that.
