This is a reference to a newer anime called Jujutsu Kaisen. During this scene, a character is performing a family annihilation on her wizard clan.

One guy from her clan (in this case, Tectone) shows up super late, acts overconfident and gets decapitated for taking his sweet time to attack her while his little man servant (in this case Chibi) is desperately crying out for him to save his ass.
Zoomers find the scene very funny.

Kirk was actually a good person, he was married, had two kids, had a successful life and even used to play a lot of sports on high school.
