Those icy blue eyes make em swoon and they hate themselves for it.
Mine are green, but I also have killer lashes, and they've literally been my wingman.

Gentleman, let me tell you something: Bitches fucking love men with killer lashes. I've had more than a couple hookups and even a relationship that started with the girl approaching me and commenting on my eyes. Never underestimate the superficiality of women. Sometimes you can judo that shit into working for you.
man Obama looks like shit. I remember looking at a before-and-after of him between the start and end of his presidency and thought "man Obama looks like shit" but damn - he really does look like shit.
I've often heard it say the Office ages every President something like 3-5 years for every one year served of a term, but even so, his aging has seemed rather striking.

I mean, there’s probably a reason that they have those giant pads ready to drop between them.

But look how flagrantly homosexual google is.

I googled looking for images and this shit was up near the top. It’s from a crash from 2000 that someone put down in the comments, and google made it fucking look like this is what happened the other day

Surely it’s just an accident, or coincidence or whatever
LMAO HOLY SHIT ITS RATFUCKED

Broat experts, is the bitch totaled?

Oh and aliens are real but I haven't seen them personally.
So let me get this straight. You ask a former president if aliens are real, he says yes and then you don’t follow up???????? Wtf. I honestly would have just stopped the podcast right then and there to ask more.

NYC alone probably makes up a good quarter of the file, so many healthcare scammers here
About that; one zip code with 30k residents in Brooklyn has almost $4 billion in Medicaid claims or $143k per capita:
🧵THREAD: Is Brooklyn, NY a Medicaid fraud hotspot?

Brooklyn, NY has a home care billing industry that defies belief.

One zip code (11232, Sunset Park) has 30,181 residents and $3.8 BILLION in Medicaid claims. That's $143,000 per man, woman, and child.

What's even stranger is that the average income is $90K, the poverty rate is below 20%, and it is one of the younger zip codes in the area.

Receipts below.👇

As always, patience as I pull together the thread.

All three exhibited strikingly similar growth patterns. All three jumped by ~30% in October 2019.

1771127855475.png

Per OpenClaw analysis:

🔹Sept 2019: $276M → Oct 2019: $351M — a 27% jump in one month
🔹Beneficiaries: 94K → 106K (13% jump)
🔹NPIs barely changed (236 → 238) — same agencies, more billing

This was program-wide, not just these three — nationwide T1019 jumped 15% the same month ($1.18B → $1.35B). <i></i>
OpenClaw concludes what likely happened: NY's minimum wage for NYC hit $15/hour on December 31, 2018 (large employers). The Medicaid reimbursement rates for home care are tied to wage parity requirements — when minimum wage goes up, Medicaid rates follow with a lag. The Oct 2019 timing aligns with rate adjustments flowing through the managed long-term care (MLTC) plans that pay these agencies.

But the rate increase alone doesn't explain a 27% jump. The other factor: CDPAP enrollment was exploding in 2019 as fiscal intermediaries aggressively recruited. This is when it went from $2.5B/year toward the $9B/year Hochul would later call "a racket." The agencies were simultaneously getting paid more per unit AND signing up more beneficiaries. <i></i>
This pattern is everywhere in Brooklyn.

Case study NPI 1457562811: S&A Unified Home Care at 2729 Coney Island Ave. Serviced 3000+ unique clients monthly at its peak. Still serving almost 2000 a month.

Per OpenClaw:
NY is two-thirds of all personal care aide billing in the entire country. And the top 25 zips nationally for T1019 per capita are almost entirely NYC zip codes — with 02072 (Stoughton, MA — Tempus Unlimited HQ) and 12110 (Latham, NY — Public Partnerships HQ) at the top because those fiscal intermediaries register billing at their corporate address.

The postable stat: National median is $3/person/month. Brooklyn 11232 is $2,214. That's 738 times the national median. <i></i>
Yes, I'm aware that home care agencies do not directly serve clients in those offices.

But when you see few-to-no Google Reviews, a parking garage, etc... compare to other medical administrative facilities.

It's stupefying.

Some context on why NY stands out so much:

I can explain, I wish you had a medical admin working with you - NY changed its approach to institutional healthcare and they switched to “care in the community” in the mid teens they started discharging patients to home-care - the growth chart you see is by design. If you chart the reduction in state inpatient care costs across DOH you see an inverse chart.

These places are not brick and mortar businesses. They are pass-thru financial systems that have a few employees for managing the payments to caregivers.

OpenClaw doesn't agree that deinstitutionalization is a full explanation though:

"They were turned off by the scolding and the idea that if they didn't say things exactly the right way or this way"

Yeah Bam bam, that's about 2% of the problem the other 98% is the fact that the core ideology itself is based on the idea that i deserve everything from ridicule to death because my ancestors were a little too based mean. That's also not particularly appealing believe it or not. But you know, baby steps and all.

Also you are a joke. Your family legacy is a joke. Nobody talks about you, nobody cares what you think, your monkey video was the headline for less than a day and your wife has gone all in on a podcast that frequently struggles to break 10 thousand fucking views.

That would be pathetic for any full time youtuber, for a former first lady it's an outright humiliation ritual.

The snivelling from both him and his PR team is pathetic. It essentially boils down to, "well how could he know there was a good reason to only release a redacted version of the documents he had seen to the general public."

Anyone who gets access to those sort of documents knows that their access means they have a duty regarding the information in them. While there exist principled whistle blowers it seems he has done it for cheap points scoring and now it's backfiring.

It's because his izzat has been raped by his low IQ jeetery.

Depends of their bureaucracy "hmm sorry glorbnar but you cant bring the discombobulator 3000 or the antimatter shield because it can be very harmful to terrestrial life, we are sending you naked because blargnarg poliester has been banned in 27 solar systems for causing void cancer and we cannot afford any other type of clothing because of budget issues and we really need our 1:1 recreation of human coffee machines, now we would have given you a better comunicator but because of the Andromeda Treaty you gotta have to draw dicks in the corn fields instead. Also the new ship was made from outsourced labor from the Orion Belt, dont streess the steering too much near the gravitational pull or you may crash, it happened to glorp last time and he got dissected by the natives"

I refuse to believe that foreign beings wouldn't be ready for some goofy ass shotgun pellets hitting the underside of their ships as they fly over Appalachia if our own planes aren't phased by it.

Just to educate your retarded niggerfaggot self, mines in WV have been opening and closing and laying people off in a cycle for like 20 years now. The Dems general policy mindset of wanting to ban cow farts and effective fuel sources didn't help and has done its share of harm but the truth is they've had this issue through both Dem and Republican admins. Once the larger mining ops like Eastern and Massey went tits up, more sprung up. Then those closed and laid people off and more mining outfits sprung up. It's like that in a lot of parts of Appalachia but WV has probably been hit the hardest, entire towns basically collapsed to just being full of meth heads and senior citizens once the mining money dried up or went elsewhere.

This has nothing to do with Trump and everything to do with the fact that WV has been mining out its coal for well over a century now and many of the giant coal seams that were easy to get have been mined out. So these mines spend shitloads of money setting up in one spot that they can still find coal and then once they can't afford to keep mining going they just collapse and miners get a job at another mine.
super late but this is 100% true. If i go and get out historical topo maps there have been easily over 100 mines within 10 miles of me, and that is only counting the deep mines.

This type of chicom propaganda post is legitimately distressing for me.

One is, if I look at the problem, I’ll do it even faster than the “Chinese” solution. I know my single digit multiplication table, so I recognize 72 as the 8th multiple of 9 instantly. That’s not what’s distressing

What’s distressing is that people don’t understand the point of the long form exercise. It’s to walk a student through as many of the properties and operations as possible ON PURPOSE, To TEACH THE PROPERTIES OF ALGEBRA

That should be embarrassing for a chicom to brag about, and Americans shouldn’t be so fucking stupid that they take the bait

The cold, dark truth underwriting the universe is that EVERYONE is fucking dumb

So let me get this straight. You ask a former president if aliens are real, he says yes and then you don’t follow up???????? Wtf. I honestly would have just stopped the podcast right then and there to ask more.
You think the podcast will be allowed to continue of the interviewer goes off script? All the questions are pre-screened and responses prepared ahead of time. Besides, Obama is lying just to get a soundbite that will get people to listen to the interview.

I love how quickly this thread goes from talking about Epstein to sperging over Vance's (very clearly) loving relationship with his wife, to THEN start talking about aliens and bitching about Obama. LMFAO.
