Disaster Active shooter alert issued for areas in and around Tumbler Ridge, B.C. - Residents asked to shelter in place; suspect described as "woman" in a dress with brown hair

An active shooter alert has been issued for a large area in and around Tumbler Ridge in B.C.'s northeast.

The alert was issued Tuesday at 2:15 p.m. PT by RCMP, and it covers Tumbler Ridge, Chetwynd, Dawson Creek and areas surrounding them.

Police say those in the Tumbler Ridge area should stay indoors and shelter in place, and not leave their homes.

The suspect in the case has been described as a woman in a dress with brown hair.

Anyone who sees the suspect has been asked not to approach them and to call 911.

My understanding of it, is that it deletes pathways that neurons have made. Essentially erasing memories, ingrained habits, even sometimes personality traits. It is basically the equivalent of pruning a tree down so that it can grow back more healthy. If you do it wrong, you make them retarded. If you do it right, it can allegedly cure treatment resistant depression and other disorders that medication aren't helping, because you are literally zapping their brain so hard that you're deleting connections so that new ones can form in a hopefully more healthy way.

With some distance now from this it's quite telling how the fallout has been proceeding. Per Globe and Mail a shotgun is confirmed - guaranteed the long-gun begrudgingly described by the RCMP - and full bets on the "modified" handgun being either the mom's now-prohibited Vector or some form of 9mm/.45 red dot handgun (itself a big no-no from Canadian gun law perspective). If this troon was killing with an SKS it would've been leaked within minutes for the sake of PolySeSouvient's grift.

Simply put, the lack of coherent narrative on this has ensured it's dead and buried come next week, especially with the lack of coordinated statements from the Libs regarding further gun control action (unlike Australia's latest diverse exposition). What's likely to transpire is the latest crop of politicians will let this event expire, the Libs will keep it in the back pocket for their future election campaign to justify a plank, and everyone will forget the real reason is letting troons live independently without close (and invasive) supervision.
