the two big open questions here are
1) can the republicans hold on to power post 2028?
2) will a post trump republican party revert to how it was pre trump or will the changes that came with trump stick around?
both of them need to resolve in white peoples favor: the gop must stay in power, and the trump people must stay in charge of the party. if either of those fail then i don't think white americans will have a future.

Time is of the essence and the sooner a federal judge rules some retard shit the sooner it can be kicked up the ladder for a cleanup on aisle 9. Best case scenario, you don't need it because congress moves its ass.

But if they don't you give yourself time to reverse that initial judge so the rule can be enforced during the election.
