I saw this and it was so hard to believe it wasn't like a joke or fake that I was in borderline denial.

So one of the way the scam would go is that the family would constantly "sell" the busincess to a family member and reset the SBA loan since some of them where only for 5 years. This will help prevent that.
Sadly I don't think it apply to any current loan, only new ones.

You should report them to the ATF, and block all contact with them, for starters. Jeets are never your "friends" (unless YOU are a jeet too), and flagging me with a gun will get you a verbal crucifixion along with me never taking your ass to the range again.
Betcha your jeet "friend" is buying guns so he can murder your stupid ass and other White people later.

Commenting to reaffirm. Jeets are not your friend. Even if you're a jeet, there's a strong chance they're only your friend so they can use you or backstab you later.
Being flagged with a gun is also a gigantic fucking red flag. Do not allow anyone to flag you and get away with it. This jeet knows he can fucking walk all over you. Don't worry about that, I've grown up with rifles, and have a couple handguns. He's a rookie and I will give him shit about it when we next have some beers, I just thought it was funny.
On a serious note I was a little worried the first time he flagged me, that's why I was looking at his trigger discipline. The second time was seconds later so I was less worried.

I make it a point to become aware of what gas stations in my area are jeet owned to explicitly avoid them. Usually, you can tell, as the white-owned ones are almost always NEVER in the absolute state of disrepair jeet owned stations are. Pumps are in disrepair (don't worry, I report them), recessed light fixtures are dangling out of ceilings, etc. The worst part is that jeet gas is always a few cents more expensive than the norm, so you can't say my Bharat boycott is solely fueled by racism; it's just a smart financial decision to avoid them.
It's hard traveling in America without inadvertently financing India. So many gas stations/motels are jeet ran and most people don't realize the full extent of it.

In the complex I lived at at one point, there was a jeet family that had like 3 fridges that I could see through the window. It smelled of curry near that apartment too. They probably were doing that. I never reported them to the health department because I figured only indians would be eating from them and getting food poisoning.,
Never go to an Indian restaurant I saw this fine establishment was shut down for having ROACHES CRAWLING OVER EVERYTHING.
What kind of Indian food?? It's street food. It opened less than a year ago.
I guess in order to replicate the unique street food flavors of home, you have to have roaches over everything.

So... Much like other cultures, the youngest child is expected to take care of property when the elders are away. I do know, and am friends with, several Indians.. one dude loves bacon but don't tell his wife. They have been fair with me, so I have no problem returning the courtesy. The Christian jeets are better on a base level, but the ones who haven't been back are usually good people.
