According to anon on 4chan, his real name is Arthur Couton. Haven't confirmed that myself.

I don't know anything about this person nor do I really care to investigate further, but I did a cursory search on here and haven't seen them mentioned. Given they have an account here, it may be of interest to someone. Could maybe be someone using the same username, which is something only @Aecheur himself can tell us. Just posting because it is a classic example of why not to reuse usernames.

The full story is that I kicked a guy from the 4chan Turtle World of Warcraft guild and he made that image to get back at me, I got so owned for my lack of opsec... Actually nothing happened and the anons didn't make fun of me because the image exposes nothing so it's a classic example of why opsec is a meme and you should use the same username everywhere
