I hate beating a dead horse, but I wanted to tune in as someone who has watched the show in the past to give my final thoughts on this "who was he referring to in GOT" question.I think they were trying to imply he said they looked like the Children of the Forrest from GoT? But they also look like this so I don't fucking know.

We know Katie has white hair, which is a distinct trait only belonging to house Targaryen in GOT. It isn't much of a spoiler, but the whole house is known by fans for their dragons, white hair, and incest, so when he compares a skinny white-haired woman to GOT, I'm almost positive he's referring to a Targaryen.
In GOT there is only one surviving Targaryen, which is Daenerys. She doesn't quite match the description though, and I would agree with other thread members who briefly discussed this that he might have been referring to a character from the prequel named Rhaenyra. It isn't that unnatural to refer to HOTD, the prequel, as being a part of GOT altogether, so it makes sense to include it while finding a candidate.
Although Rhaenyra as an adult doesn't resemble the description given by Tom, the series begins from a young perspective of Rhaenyra when she is only fifteen. As a pretty devout fan, I can't imagine who else Tom would be picturing in this moment. She looks like a "fairy," has white hair (like Katie), sharp ears, etc. So Tom was likely (allegedly) picturing this girl during sex.
