I think that even from the beginning, there were a lot of very strange things in Rowan's statements that should have raised major red flags immediately. However, I will admit that, after it took so long for Tom to respond, I did shift from "Its probably almost all bullshit" to "A lot of it is bullshit but they may be able to stick him for a few of the really major claims".
 
Putting aside whether Tom even has a case against Josh (which I highly doubt), would he even be able to do anything about it? I thought this type of shit was the whole reason Josh moved to Cracker Congo to begin with.

I think you're thinking too much into Tom being silent. It was most likely to see where things were going and what was said and to see if anything else would be revealed. Then it was to work on his statement and rebuttal to the claims that were laid out. He has obviously expected something like this was going to happen hence the "just in case" folder.

The only thing that was particularly suspicious to me was the screenshot of the tinder match, but I've known people who do that for every match they get on an app so I didn't think too much of it.

Silence isn't an admission of guilt but it generally doesn't make you look good either. Like I said all he needed to have done was say he was working on a response, and I would've been more skeptical.

There really was no reason to announce what he was going to do instead of just releasing his side. I really don't think there was any deeper thought about it than that.

Yeah that's all fine and dandy but when the audience started booing the whores, Jerry Springer didn't take a hard stance (outside the lols) and then condemn the audience for disagreeing with him as far as I'm aware.
 
I'd be shocked if TT really went the legal route. He seems like the kind who just wants this stuff to fade into the background and not drag on for ages. Unless Rowan or one of the other girls throws a lolsuit first, I can see him going back to pumping out videos like normal in a month or so, maybe less.
 
Tom really needs to change the type of woman he goes after. Kai didn’t try and ruin his life/reputation because she already had a man locked down, but Rowan and Katie are “women scorned,” ie angry and wanting what they would consider justice for the man who hurt them (more emotionally/ego based than physically). He left them and they wanted him to be miserable because they were hurting over not having him. If he doesn’t seek out different partners, he will always run into girls like this. Both he and they have a lot of maturing to do and I hope this is a lesson learned for all of them.

Its been like 2 weeks since I listened to the interview but these are the big hitters I remember in the order they pop into my head:

1. The tinder thing (like you mentioned). She also said "I had a weird feeling about this guy" but gave no real reason as to why. Girls don't swipe on guys that give them the creeps unless there is a damn good reason, and Tom looks like a literally ape
2. Saying their goal as to protect the women of Texas then choosing to make the big reveal on KF
3. Rowan said she wasn't very online but was using a lot of jargon suggesting she was familiar with these places (could be mixing up with Katie a bit, so only 60% confident)
4. Saying she didn't consent to tom secretly recording her (and I believe saying she told him not to) and that he did it multiple times, but that he also never hid it and she had no logs showing her ever saying it made her uncomfortable
5. Saying she told Tom to stop being so rough, and the only texts backing this up was ones where she merely implied it was too rough and tom responds by saying they don't have to be as rough and have sex as much if its too much for her
6. They both took a bit too much enjoyment talking about things that were merely embarrassing for Tom in a way that feels more like vindictive-ex behavior than victim-raising-awareness behavior
7. BPD
Theres probably a lot more that I forgot, but those are what comes to mind.

This isn't to say that someone is a retard if they aren't picking up on these things or connecting the dots. Its just that if you're going to try to do an actual interview with them that is meant to be taken seriously, you have to be able to pick up on these types of things to be able to do it properly. This is doubly true considering Josh wasn't going in blind and knew a lot of the details beforehand. I'd probably never do an interview because I doubt it would be something I'm good at, but even if I was a good interviewer I would make sure its not out of my depth before conducting one like this.

I don't understand this. If nobody made documentaries or popular videos/streams about topics covered on KF, people would complain that information posted here was neglected and ignored. Many a detestable heffer would still be enjoying quasi-success as their downfalls received little to no extensive coverage.
So Josh Moon has to deal with bullshit over the forum from governments or tech companies or payment processors... that means anyone who ever sources information from this website for their video, whether Josh posted it or not, has to submit praise and payment to Josh? Why even post here if nobody is allowed to use it?
