Its not, most often you sue both the accuser and the host in the same lawsuit for the sake of recourse anyway. If anything going after the host is easier. Two criticisms of Null's response as I saw clipped:
1) You don't need a professional PR team to structure that video when Tom and Nick were apparently working together on the response. Nick is very good at understanding the PR aspect of youtube drama, specifically the "clearing someone's name" gambit, so I'd guess that's the simpler explanation than hiring a team.

2) Dunno about repeatedly saying "he [Tom] never addresses the fact that" when listing unaddressed allegations...obviously "he never addresses the allegation that" does not flow as well, but "fact" is doing an extraordinarily large amount heavy lifting on ice the thickness of the accuser's credibility, when the accusations almost entirely hinge on the now old yellered credibility of the accusers.

I don't think you need to be prideful to not be cool with talentless shitters making millions of dollars off of a website that you've dedicated your life to, a website in which is targeted by not only multiple governments, but by prominent figures in the tech space who have connections that lead to fundamental breaks in technologies that aren't even realistically possible outside of this specific situation. There are websites and applications that regularly host child pornography, that have an easier time remaining up than KF does.

KF is propping up not just Tom's career, but a multi-million dollar industry of talentless losers, many of whom are ideologically opposed to KF's existence, yet for some reason they deem using information from it uncredited as ok.

I think you've really overestimated how popular BDSM is and Josh is maybe naive that the people who are really into it have any interest in loving or being loved. They are gooning. If you need to use BDSM to convince your partner of your masculinity or femininity
you areas you need to work on outside of sex.

When you are with a long term partner ( who is for all intents and purposes, your spouse) you know everything about them physically and emotionally, there aren't any secrets in the bed room, you can have sex in all sorts of ways, (including some degree of BDSM stuff if the mood is right) but the eroticism eventually settles into love. If you are having any awkward phases of sex where consent or enjoyment is even a question you are having it too soon.
