I don't know what NOLA jail is like, but if it's dorm style he's gonna have to shape up a little.

Considering the shit you have to do to get arrested in NOLA, I'd imagine it's like NOLA but concentrated. Highest murder rate in the country. Guess where the murderers go? To jail to await trial. So I'd imagine a NOLA jail would be among the worst in the country.

This may be one of those few remaining jails where Mutt's Law is a real thing.
