I only ever heard about Elijah through the grape vine considering he rubbed shoulders with the "alt right", but I never took him seriously since any political pundit that is making money off of it is almost certainly full of shit. If a woman is traditional, she is not going to be lecturing people on the internet about her virtue, as that is directly contradicting the orders from God set out in the Bible. The Bible repeatedly tells women to submit to men, obey their husbands, not to lecture men, and to focus on the home and children. So, no, there is not a single e-girl worth a single thing.
