That's interesting, I haven't heard of that before, but I now that I think of it I can see how that would happen. I imagine that it's a way for pedophiles to trick their victims by using "cutesy" or childlike terms, make what they're doing seem less horrible than it is, and also kind of assuage their own guilt. It bears a striking similarity to the trans/porn euphemism treadmill.

Also it obscures what was done to the victim if the child repeats the terminology to other adults. Bunny in the bunny hole doesn't sound nearly as alarming as "he touched me in my underwear". It's doubtlessly intentional.

This is widespread knowledge in the world of people who have to regularly interact with complete degenerates. Everyone who read that post should keep it in mind going forward because it is the truth.
