No I honestly never thought it’d get this bad. I always thought Russ would fade into obscurity as he slowly abandoned his quest for fame and getting him his penis sucked. But it looks like he’s taking the opposite route and getting more unhinged and desperate. I just hope he writes a book about it. I wanna see exactly how disconnected he is from reality and how he blames the farms for his lack of a brothel empire.

That was also on Oct 13, the same day he upped his demand to $200k. He actually decided to demand more before Geoff agreed to $20k, which is why he had his Revised Settlement Addendum already prepared. He saw Geoff's response before sending the revision out, acknowledged receipt, then sent out the higher $200k demand anyway as part of "an open negotiation".

I kind of think it wasn't just greed; he was too lazy to re-do his work. A smarter... well, a less retarded negotiator would have tried to lock that in with a modified settlement structure. Something like "$20k is acknowledged damages for X. But given Y and Z we are potentially looking at $200k total." Instead he just added two sentences saying "thanks for your email" and pretending the $20k payment was Geoff's idea.

He's just so fucking dumb he didn't even realize that was exactly what he was doing when he no doubt thought it was simply 'smart negotiation'.

If they'll that easily give up 20k, why NOT go for more? Retarded thinking perfectly within his grasp. The fact that he was in fact jacking up his employer by threatening to blow the whistle if they didn't pay up didn't even begin to cross his mind.

He perfectly knew what he was doing. You don't rewrite a demand letter multiple times to get the right feel and accidently end up with an extortion and then accidently follow it up with more extortion.

It almost felt like a given that he was going to go down this road if no interference was ran. It was a given that if something didn't go his way or abide by his narrative, he could have teachers or supervisors make it so, although to a lesser effect in the workplace. Eventually he tried to utilize the courts as the grown up in the room to get what he wanted, only for them to turn around, slap him his misshapen dick and tell him that's not how the world works. Eventually he chose to then go the route of utilizing the ADA, courts, and his misshapen face to try and extort things from others, which unfortunately will not given him the happy ending he so desperately craves.

Unfortunately he's a big boy and you can't really reign him in unless he's a pants shitting tard. The only thing you can do is let him suffer the consequences.

His employer's lawyers even caught that he was using very specific language in his emails and letters to make it appear to a layman that he wasn't trying to blackmail or extort the company, but someone with professional legal experience could see it for what it was. This is Dunning-Kruger coming to bite Shit-Lips on the ass: he's got just enough legal experience to sound dangerous to a normie, but he's too stupid and incompetent to get past someone with more knowledge and skill than he has. Such as an actual lawyer. It was his ego that made him push it too far and snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory.

There are very specific ways to do this kind of ADA extortion, but you basically need to be a lawyer to not fuck it up and actually do the extortion. It's a very fine line that a paralegal LLM is not equipped to handle.
