That’s a fair point. However I just call this anti-Judaism. The two terms need to be separated. One is hatred of Judaism, the other is the hatred of the people themselves.
 
"Legal observer" feels like the way sovereign citizens say "I'm not driving, I'm travelling."
I think the I.C.E. agents shouldn't get baited into drawing their guns for optics reasons, but it's kind of insane that you can just tail law enforcement in your car and there's nothing you can do and it's considered an acceptable form of protest.
