We don't really have any proof for it but I believe he only started going to the gym to get back at Kai. Look at Lerix and how Tom dressed when they were together and you can tell she has a type.

Odds are the "just in case folder" was the folder storing all these texts. I'd be more surprised if he didn't have one of those considering how familiar he is with online drama and how to handle it.

The nightrape voice memo is still interesting to me, though. You see during all his text messages how he emphasizes "consensual sex". I imagine he was doing that in the event text messages ever leak because he's clearly a paranoid guy. Whether he was actually doing rapeplay or not, he would have to respond to every message involving rape with that. The nightrape voice memo is a very strange thing for someone like him to do.

At any rate, there's enough information here that contradicts what the Katie and Rowen were claiming or at least paints them as completely retarded. I don't normally get down with victim blaming, but there is no reason to send unsolicited nudes to the guy who you think will use them for blackmail and accuse the man of hurting you during sex when there are texts showing that you actually enjoyed it. Tom's walking away with a win on this one, for better or for worse. He really doesn't need to address anything else here and we likely won't get definitive answers on them unless someone else comes forward with evidence that isn't just "I had sex with him and he told me this once."
