You dont need the 2/3rds majority to remove them.

You just have to set it up so Congress does nothing once an executive ignores them and laughs just like Jackson did, and their power goes out the window. Hell legally Trump could offer blanket pardons for all Judges sentences and basically nullify a shit ton of what they do for the lulz. He could even offer a pardon to someone who blows Boasberg brains out, sense that's DC and not state territory. The check on him is the legislature freaking out and trying to impeach him, and even that only sticks if the military goes along with it. (Hence the Democrats illegal orders speeches and long march to purge white people from officer positions and indoctrinate officers in West Point and college programs)

The whole system is setup on gentlemens agreements that the dumb foreigner apes that got appointed dont seem to really understand. Alot of the Roberts courts actions where they side with Trump when you think they wouldnt is because they (not the women, they lack theory of mind for this) are afraid that Trump will call the whole agreement and the Judiciary has their power permanently damaged.

I'm going to guess that ActBlue, or one of the other DNC technical operative groups, realized the best way to divide Trump and his base was to constantly doom over the things he's doing and how it's not actively helping the pressing situations (though Trump does himself no favors with this vector, given that he constantly fights with feints). You also have the Fuentes and his groypers dooming all over the place for various reasons, and it's been wearing on the actual right-wing talking-heads.

Trump really needs to find a way to get more positivity into his base. The whole saying shit is great isn't working, since people are still struggling with their paychecks, and many are afraid of losing their livelihood to this AI upswing or to immigrants/outsourcing. He's actually doing a lot to help with fixing shit, but he's fucking up the messaging hard. Take housing. He's been working to stop or hinder private-equity firms from buying up houses, which should go a long way to help correct the housing market, but then turns around and says "we're not going to reduce housing prices" causing dooming from those who are afraid they'll never own a house that isn't next to a meth den even with their 6-figure income. He's talking up H-1Bs, as his administration makes move that reduce their numbers and pushing out a lot of interviews a full year out.

I've had to get off X, because the constant dooming over everything Trump says is getting exhausting, and then there's still the slew of engagement bait bullshit.

It’s a not the ending, but rather the players and the events. It’s kind of like a play where you know the ending, but the actors are allowed to vary the dialogue, motivations, and temperaments of characters. Sometimes it’s obviously a scam by the city where a mayor gives a big contract to a friend or donor, some dumb councilmen earnestly approves a program, or a whatever.

This study never would have happened if Kamala had won.

I can actually personally confirm this firsthand. I've done a lot of work with all varieties of minorities, including Jews, who do this. Any given pocket minority community is filled with businesses like this that operates out of private homes. Ranging of all kinds of things, furniture, manufacturing, tech companies, etc. etc.

Edit: A common trick they'll use is to list storage units, PO boxes, or public buildings like firehouses as their business operating address. Sometimes they'll do empty buildings, but not always. Sometimes they'll just straight up list the homes. Depends on how competent they are. What should be done is a nationwide audit of businesses operating under every Firehouse and post office in the country. You'll find so much fucking fraud.

I mean think back to when there was all that EBT drama last year in November. In my area there was quite a few sales going on when it came to the more slop food and food in general.

It's the same thing with the housing issue. There's a lot of people coming here. Or here, but don't work. And if you start cutting the stipend keeping them afloat, or at the very least restricting it to the actual necessities, suddenly food prices overall are capable of dropping

I've only started to notice this, unironically, working Uber Eats deliveries. You get sent to some real shady areas like near empty apartment complexes with several hundred unoccupied homes yet the person I delivered to had a King Ranch parked outside their spot. Brand spanking new too still had that new car glint in the top coat.
