Sorry, probably used the wrong term. Either way, it's something that the various background check services will find. I can't imagine an HR department is going to hire him if they do a search and it comes up with a lawsuit where he got hired and then tried to blackmail his employer with threat of an ADA claim, for example. Likewise, I have to imagine there's some kind of service landlords use to get warnings when they have someone wanting an apartment (since he will never own a house yet alone a whorehouse) who has been evicted constantly.

Is a - relatively - mild speech impediment that really only involves a lot of drooling really a "disability" such that a person should be given such accommodations? He's neither an invalid nor is he physically challenged.
The summons have only been proposed, i.e. Russ is asking for clerk to sign it so he can serve it on Viatron. That's similar to what happened in the Greer v. Aguilar (the brothel question) case.
