I'm not sure if you've watched much of Nick's coverage but Nick has a pretty hardline stance about disregarding the Hasan underage/sex-traffic brothel story because there's not enough proof. He's one of the only people I've seen that holds that position. He was similarly timid in accusing Hasan of shocking his dog and also completely discarded Hasan's comment about Hila being a valid military target.
I think it's fair to say that he wouldn't really behave rashly even towards Hasan.

Rowan seems to be the exception, but almost all the time these girls also have alt/jirei kei/emo fashion taste, dyed hair, tattoos and piercings - which very much seems like Tom's type based on his track record. Also typically sexually open/kinky due to being dopamine chasers with limited to no self-worth.

...or it's just the modern day issue of one in 3 women being diagnosed with BPD. Seriously, if you are of sufficient age - even around Tom's, 2002 so GenZ-ish - and have any access to social circles with women in them you know a chick with BPD, whether you are aware of it or not.
