I mean, the fall of capitalism and the economy wasn't on my bingo card for post-apocalyptic scenarios, but I'll roll with it.
That is kind of a bummer though, because I actually have a couple of CBRN suits and a small doomsday prepper cache, because my money is on a chemical or nuclear attack.

I'm optimistic that things will get better once the generation of boomers in charge die.

The only ones still peddling any idea of globalism and no borders are really old people. Each new generation hates these ideas more than the last.

The thing to point out is that the same Biden FBI who overrode a judge in order to raid Mar-a-Lago in a Hail Mary attempt to find *something* they could use to go after him had the Epstein documents the whole damn time. If they had evidence implicating Trump, they wouldn't need to break the law to try and stich Trump up.

I don't even think it will be something so dramatic as an attack. We, almost exclusively as an entire race with the exception of a minority portion of the planet's population, are extremely dependent not only on electricity for survival, but advanced and complex systems like the internet.

Take the internet away from large civilization centers for 2 weeks and you'll have societal breakdown that makes the 2020 summer of love look like woodstock. No one has cash and most are dependent on cashless transactions. Logistics and infrastructure built on interconnected systems will break down immediately. Deliveries everywhere will slow to a crawl. Panic buying will set in within a week, stripping shelves bare in grocery stores.

Electrical grids will fail because the internet isn't there to keep systems in check and balance large grids anymore. No one will get their medications. Everyone's life will go from normal to fucked in less than 7 days. All without a single shot or explosion. And no one will have TikTok to distract themselves from the suck.

Once that happens, the gloves are fully off and we are in martial law territory for as long as the government remains solvent. And not the fun Martial Law like everyone wants here for Minneapolis. No. The REAL kind that has the army shooting people on sight who are out of their assigned sectors. Military coordination will be poor, but better than most due to exclusive systems, allowing the rise of a temporary military state where everything we know as American rights and liberties are suspended for the foreseeable future.
