Something that occurred to me just now. We know from his 2024 eviction that Nevada state courts do not seal IFP petitions. That means we'll get a looksie at his 2026 finances. That'll be fun. I wonder if there's a certain someone who'd be interested in that. His 2025 ones too, from that secret case.

I really don't think the Judge would care. And I don't think the landlord is willing to waste money making an issue out of it either.

Huh, so he funds his brothel lawsuits through defrauding any landlord he can trick into a rental by paying probably one month and drawing an eviction out as long as possible. I can see why he is trying to defraud the government and a former employer with another fradulent lawsuit. Bet you he got really fucking high off of that $20k settlement offer on his fraud before bungling it so bad by demanding more.

Russel being able to write filings using AI exposes how much of an existential threat to the courts AI is. Without it there'd be no way Greer could handle 4 lawsuits at once. The previous barrier that made filing a bunch of IFP lawsuits or fighting lawsuits filed against you difficult, being that you have to write your own filings, is gone.

You could probably fix this by using an AI detector and being extremely strict towards IFP defendants having things like wrong citations and be ready to hand out vexatious litigant status like candy. But courts are slow to adapt so it'll be years, at the very least, before Greer gets punished for it IMO.

What a weird system. If you're getting evicted for non-payment, it's almost a given you can't afford court fees either, why even charge a defendant? I guess it's to discourage people being evicted for non-financial reasons from contesting the eviction, but then $71 isn't much of a deterrent.

Remember the rental laws are usually written to cover both greertards and massive commercial complexes/leases - and it’s quite likely that eviction proceedings there routinely involve lots of courtshit.

So they charge what it costs (probably another law somewhere says they have to) and then grant IFP to any retard that asks almost without question - because rent is like #3 on most people’s priorities behind hookers and food; if you can’t pay rent you’re probably a poorilla nigger.

He had some investors lined up to pay his rent, but then that fell through.

A lot of landlords have gotten lazy as fuck over the past 10-15 years because so many of them decided to suck from Daddy Goverment's teat, especially during Covid. Why care about a renter's history when the goverment will literally pay you to become a slum lord, take on human trash, pay their rent for them, and then when you kick them out you can double dip and bill the goverment for the damages done to the unit? This has opened up cracks that allow people like Shit Lips who don't actually come with a goverment cheque worm their way in.

Looking at the timeline of the 2nd eviction U_M discovered, it was filed or answered on 08-18-2025. That's a mere 3 months after Russ rolled into Winnemucca, wheeling and dealing to buy hotels and satisfy an army of miners. The Winnemucca adventure cost him big.

Also in that timeline: the very next day, 08-19-2025, Russ paid his $1274.75 sanctions in Greer v Moon. So he did have cash, somewhere, just not for paying his rent.

He was also gainfully employed and going to college during that time, because he didn't blackmail his way out of Viatron until October.
 
Ya know since Greer said he apparently got paid on a Monday during the last sanctions delay, I assumed he worked Lyft or doordash but he was employed by Viatron then. So was Greer working Lyft on the side as well or did he just lie to the court? I can't imagine Viatron has some weird pay schedule. Though guess it's possible his payment just never processed till Monday.
 
You must understand. Those funds were earmarked and reserved for business expenses and business related investment opportunities. Neither Russ nor any landlord nor N*ll is entitled to those earmarked funds.

It can't look good in such a suit that Rusty has been engaged in personal vanity ventures.
