I have a feeling that it would end up in one place or the other. Reddit before 2018 was different, it was closer to what 4chan used to be. This whole shift can be roughly colerated with tumbler bust. I think it was bound to happen with how internet polarizes people due to algorithms being designed to keep you in a bubble to ensure you stay engaged. I would need more proof to buy it.

THANK YOU, I've been thinking i was going absolutely insane when this entire era was memoryholed when the tranny hate began gaining ground. It was genuinely bizarre to see some boards which were FILLED with trap and tranny shit with retards constantly going "boys make the best girls" suddenly do a 180 on the whole thing overnight.

Sure, it was a happy surprise and a relief. But I've always been really confused at what even happened. It being a failed psy op is definitely a possibility.
