UPDATE:
This would  not include already manufactured aircraft in service. The decertification would only apply to new made aircraft. Furthermore (I was uninformed about this at the time of initial posting) said firefighting and regional aircraft are not even made or owned by Bombardier; they make exclusively businesses jets that compete in the same market segment as Gulfstream. Additionally the regional aircraft are not even a Canadian owned certificate

While I'll still affirm that Gulfstream may not be the hill to die on here, I am also confident that this is just Canadian protectionism, especially given how much money Bombardier has and does take in government subsidies

Again just don't fedpost I know lefties get away with it all the time but the two tier system makes it where right wingers get fucked but lefties don't.
Again maybe its shadenfreud but I sincerely wish lefties had to censor their conversations like right wingers did.
