Does he act like this in front of his parents? What do they say when he tells them he’s dying? Do they at least advise him to see a doctor? Or do they just humor him and then go burn out in the basement?

In addition to his narcissism, I think he has GAD and hypochondria. That’s a nasty combination. The GAD and hypochondria make him think he’s dying and won’t let you sleep because he’s an anxious little girl who can’t stand being alone. The narcissism gives him the confidence to diagnose himself and arrogance to actually believe his own bullshit.

It doesn’t matter if he has edited medical books even if they are real. Lots of illnesses can mimic other illnesses and that is why blood needs to be drawn and tested and other exploratory procedures performed if necessary. He is a true and honest midwit; just smart enough to be a danger to himself.

Just a couple days ago Farmers in the thread were pointing out that Sam habitually shits on anyone who tries to help or gives good advice. This image captures it happening in the wild. Obv I disagree with the advice but you see what I mean.

I wonder if she's in compliance with her medications, probably not, but I would also like to know what medications she's on. Dylan has a right to ask the court to send her to a shink if she hasn't already. I doubt it, just due to her involvement with CPS and the courts.

Now that I think about it, I wonder if that's what Styx and GayRV saw in each other. They really both seem to imagine themselves to be unrecognized geniuses. They could probably keep up with each other in conversations and, on account of each of them being retarded, come away feeling both impressed and validated. For a little while.
