From what I've understood Virginia Giuffrè spoke about Sascha's father in her book, and he's also mentioned in the files themselves.

Honestly, my rational side thinks this could all be a crock of shit, but at the same time, I've seen too much shit about pedo sex trafficking around the world (Dutroux in Belgium, le reseau pedophile d'Angers, Outreau, all the satanic panic involving sex trafficking of children in France and Italy in the 80s-90s, il mostro di Firenze, les disparues des Yvelines, a lot of stories that also involved "important" people that was never being fully solved) that I can fully see why this could be the absolute truth.
