How much of the game can he actually claim? Most of the assets were bought from the unity store, or made by someone else, and a lot of the ideas he's trying to implement have been done far too many times before or have been directly taken from other games.

Definitely the title of Yandere Sim, the characters' names, plotlines, etc. As for the assets that his volunteers created - their contract might state that whatever they made for Yandere Sim belongs to Alex, and that they can't repurpose it without Alex's permission (Think Kojima and the Fox Engine staying with Konami after MGSV).

You know the worst part? Most of the problems with the design can be fixed with a proper uniform, and it took me five seconds search "japanese high school uniform" on Google.

One of the firsts results it's literally the difference between middle and high school uniforms.

The uniforms would be fine if Eva would just stop insisting how realistic the game is supposed to be and just admit it's his animu hentai murder fetish simulator. A lot of anime has uniforms that look more like cosplay anyway. That's for fanservice and to make the characters look more interesting. But if he keeps insisting on realism then it has to look the part. He doesn't have to jettison the middle school uniforms. Just make the default one more realistic for Japanese high school.. I think most of his twelvies would probably go right to the classic anyway. But everyone else can try to maintain at least some realism in a game about underage panties and teenage murder.

A) Those scars look like they're still open.
B) Her body seems to extend too far down her legs, so her underwear/shorts look like they're halfway down her hips.
C) If you look, you can see her buttocks past her legs. In flesh tone.
D) Her lowest abdominal muscles seem to extend down into her groin.
E) Her face just doesn't look right. The eyes are okay, but her lips are too small and look too soft. I think this would actually look better without drawn lips, just a simple line mouth.

Forget anything about proportions, why does she have so many cuts and wounds? I know it's supposed to be a trope to indicate a physically strong character, but it really doesn't work on a character who's supposed to be in high school. And she's so ridiculously over muscular for a woman, that she must be roided out to hell.
