Been playing on Linux (EndevourOS specifically) this patch and haven't crashed yet. Last patch I crashed twice. No other performance issue to report besides a minor audio glitch occasionally.
Have to say I was reluctant on the new missions, but I like them overall. Really makes me appreciate certain strategiems like the Silo and Quasar Cannon more. Silo in particular can come in clutch against Factory Striders.
I'm on W11 also, but the game has been fine with performance, only issue's I've encountered have to do with my computer fucking up or weird audio bugs that only seem to happen when I'm not hosting the game. I don't know if this will help at all, but the main branch of the game is now the slim version, so if you were on the slim beta maybe try switching back or verifying files. Again, don't know if it'll do shit but it might be worth a shot.
The new Warbond has been pretty fun, I really like the new armor, kind of crazy how close you can get to enemies without them batting an eye. It especially seems effective against Illuminate where I've been able to essentially stand in front of Overseers without them giving a shit, Voteless are blind and you have to practically touch them to notice you. C4 Pack also makes very quick work of the Illuminate since you can chuck the C4 bricks pretty far and you don't have to break the ship shields for the C4 to be effective. Suppressor might be my new favorite Assault Rifle in the game currently as it lets you get easy preemptive strikes on enemies and sometimes they just won't know where the fuck you're shooting them from. In all honesty it's a pretty decent Warbond in my opinion. I've been wanting this one ever since it was leaked since I've been wanting manually detonatable C4 for a long while now, but I won't be surprised in the slightest if it gets nerfed in the future...
Hear ye, hear ye a new... Warbond?
Yeah, despite the usual cycle being a month or two between Warbonds, Arrowhead just announced the Siege Breakers Warbond. This is the one with the leaked sledgehammer.

Beltfed Grenade Launcher looks and sounds insane and we're finally getting some kind of nuke launcher. The trailer also as a little extra thing at the end of a POV shot from a helmet cam of a body being dragged away. What could it mean?
I have a fucking melee fatigue, especial if its a fucking stratagem!
Rest of the warbond looks all right but im sick of this bite sized shitfest This and urbane warfare should be in one bond, the 2 commando as well (viper and piton) freedom flames and chemical agents too, borderline justice + dust devil also.

Apparently the teaser at the end has some kind of reference to the Automatons from HD1.
Also, and this is obviously subjective, but this is one of the most aesthetically uninteresting warbonds. Beltfed gernade launcher and leveller sounds interesting though.

I disagree personally, I like the ultra-heavy armor look and wish they'd give us more of that and I like the demolition aesthetic. Only thing I find kind of questionable is the strange tenderizer hammer/knurling on one of the armor sets, it's strange but not completely off-putting.
Yeah i saw 2 possibly outcome of this application...
It going to ragdoll you like hell.
AH making an asshole of their mouth and start cooping and sneeding why other explosive weapons (xbow / erruptor) ragdoll you like hell at short range impact but not the boom hammer at close range, when the players eventually start pointing at this inconsistency.

I would honestly rather have this but Arrowhead can't just say "it's for balance reasons." They have to pull out this retarded "realism" card like with the Epoch. It's hard to explain but I would rather have inconsistency based around videogame logic instead of the realism cope since y'know... Helldivers is a fucking videogame. It's like when people bitch about guns of similar caliber not dealing the same exact damage or whatever because that's not how it is in real life!
Yes, very viable against Bots and Squids, I don't know about Bugs since I don't really play them. The new stealth armor passive is fucking insane and lets you get away with some crazy shit, even more so if you pair it up with the C4 pack.
Or players accept that the melee weapon with an AOE gimmick retains its basic functionality as a melee weapon and doesn't hurt you as oppose to regular explosive weapons that are explicitly meant for ranged combat? Even Arrowhead knows better than to pull a Warframe and make you immune to your own explosives. Then again, I can believe arrowhead would give us a melee weapon with multiple shots as though it is meant to be reused that just kills you when you swing it anyway.

Rate me late and gay but THEY FINALLY FIXED THE FUCKING GAME'S FILE SIZE. I can finally play the game without sacrificing a 10th of ssd storage to the omnissiah.
Yesterday I played with a group of frens who hadn't been on in a while and showed them what the Patriot exosuit can do against bugs. I've learned to wield that minigun like a scalpel and with a full rocket load can take on a heavy nest solo if it doesn't have a bile nest. I also like to bring a jetpack and an Epoch to go full Titanfall mode when the mech runs out of ammo or the bugs finally take me down. No turret because I am the turret. I'd recommend you try it some time. Very fun.
Edit: It's important to always be going forwards or backwards and never strafing. Strafing is slow awkward steps. You should be moving at full speed while turning to dodge things.
