The citizenship thing is very funny and the anger that this has brought to Russell, as it appears clear to me that the reference to 2014 in the underlying document brings into question the residence and citizenship of Russell in Utah, something which is entire foundation for the jurisdiction of the court. If Russell was living in Nevada since 2014 the Utah court would have no jurisdiction whatsoever and this is therefore actually an important reason to clarify this with Jerry Leach.
