Indominable is correct here. What you suggest is logical, but it's not what she was saying. She was saying that, unlike ICE, they don't swap their plates. So, when ICE goes to find them later, they'll be there and it'll all match. In other words, she was implying that ICE changes their plates because they're in the wrong and have a need to act covertly whereas the anti-ICE people, like her and Renee, are on the 'right side of history' and don't need to conceal their identity. Same dumb shit they say with the masks.
