Vega has also basically completely shut down the podcast, there was a post about it earlier. He disabled membership and said essentially "if it's not with Nick and Tom, it's not Half Baked! If either of them wanna do a stream with other people or with each other without me or with me without the other - that's just not Half Baked!" to which I honestly interpret that as "I have no fucking idea how this is going to shake out and I'm trying very desperately to separate myself from anyone involved."

Not to politisperg, but I do think the pendulum has swung way too far in the opposite direction in retaliation to the #MeToo #BelieveAllWomen bullshit. Yes, there are many women who would create heinous, life-ruining allegations to have their 15 minutes of fame. Young, enterprising rapists are also aware of that rising sentiment and are keen to use it for their own aims.

Everything the girls have said indicates Tom is taking advantage of the gray areas. He doesn't talk about sex, so there's no obvious moment to point back to when boundaries are crossed. He doesn't ask if his partner is okay, because then there would be some expectation to change his behavior. He shoves women's faces into pillows or covers their mouths, so he can hide behind ignorance if they later accuse him of nonconsensual conduct. He records women secretly in the middle of sex so that it's more difficult to stop him. He does all of this not because he doesn't want to hurt women (he's doing plenty of that), but because rape has a prison sentence. Destiny really did teach him everything he knows.
