I think he can own guns but I don't think he'd ever go for one. He's oddly cowardly, you think the dude who's weird about flying is going to submit himself to the process? He probably thinks the background check includes googling and finding this thread.
Sure normally, but he did put a couple of violent fantasies in his book where he assaults people who have wronged him. I just think if he gets a big enough L, like getting ass blasted by Hardin, he might just snap like Eliot Rodger.

This has been debated a lot itt. General consensus is he's too whimpy to get a gun.

I agree that he's not going to get a gun and go postal. That requires effort and planning ahead, two things not his strong suit.

I am also of the opinion that he's much more likely to snap in the moment and use whatever is nearby as a weapon. Oh but he's a pipsqueak, weak, etc: he's still male, subject to the inherent boost in muscle and strength of all males - even trannies with no testosterone are always going to be stronger than your average woman. Anger and rage produce adrenaline. If a woman high on adrenaline can lift a car to save her child, the smallest manlet on adrenaline can use a shoe or a book to murder a whore. Humans are really very fragile.

Likely? Probably not, possible? Absolutely, with the right trigger.

To be fair I wouldn't mind if Creepy-chan showed up in a sleep paralysis episode.

I assumed without evidence that his sister, the daughter of his adoptive parents whose wedding he was gently uninvited to, has made like a good Mormon wife and had a bevy of children by now. I hope they never have to deal with this uncle.
I sincerely doubt they would want anything to do with Russtard. At best if he showed up they'd be coldly polite but they'd tell their kids to keep their distance from their creepy uncle.

He honestly does seem to think his humanity and family entitle him to instant victory, as if Null isn't also a human being with a family

All those women he stalks and tries to recruit into his imaginary brothels have families as well. Greer cares so little about them, he rubs in their faces the fact that he's desperately attempting to recruit their eighteen year old daughters into selling sex to ugly drooling perverts like him for a pittance.

I was never enthusiastic about the idea of eugenics until I came across Russell Greer. He's single handedly turned me into a supporter of Planned Parenthood and John Harvey Kelloggs. The longer I read this thread, the more the idea of ridding society of imbeciles is starting to sound like an utterly compelling and rational policy.

The Erika stalking case may keep him from getting a gun.
I would like to think most rational gun shops and pawn shops would take one look at him, give him the paperwork, and phone it in to law enforcement as soon as he leaves for the waiting period. Because anyone could tell that Greer with a Gun is not a story with a happy ending.

Oh boy, we've arrived at the Russell Gun Musing phase of inactivity.
Well it's either that or he becomes a morlock in the tunnels underneath Vegas.

I guess Greer could also just move to another state, somewhere fresh where the courts haven't heard of him. Maybe just go to DC, lobby congress for a hooker ammendment to the constitution.

God no. It's not a felony to stalk people.
Many states have additional laws preventing firearm ownership from people under TROs, stalking convictions, etc even if not a felony conviction.

For Nevada it appears it would only be if the conviction was against a family or household member.

And it certainly can be a felony in some states, although Greee was just convicted of a misdemeanor.
