i dont think filoni hates star wars, on the contrary, but i do think he has a highly specific vision of what star wars should be like on top of trying to make it mesh into the og trilogy and sequel trilogy to varying results

Kennedy was always a producer on those films. She was a glorified coffee fetcher for people such as Fincher, Spielberg, or Lucas.
Look up her executive producer roles and see how those went.

He has a chris chan level love for his precious OC's, but unlike Chris, Filoni also has a legion of autists that will gobble up whatever Farto Brapo super spy character he comes up with. Filoni also lacks any sense of mystery in his writing, and spells out and over explains everything, as is the custom with modern nerd writers.

I liked Filoni Baloney's animated shows. He's less than perfect with his writing and loves bestiality a little too much but if I have to choose between Kathleen "Coffee Fetcher" Kennedy or Ruin Johnson I'll take the wolf fucker. He can at least cobble together something that feels vaguely Starwars without it being "THE POWER OF MAAANNYYYYY" levels of gay and shitty.

No, this is shit, I'm sorry. Kennedy was never a one-person problem, it was everything that was also around her during her tenure at Lucasfilm. The people she employed and promoted, the culture, the entire zeitgeist of a female dominated but unrepentantly unmeritocratic universe of power and reward and ingrained for at least two generations.
I've watched everything Filoni has made for Star Wars, and while I won't deny his genuine passion, he is a stooge. Lucas at least had a set vision, and importantly, he somewhat knew when to end it. All Filoni's capable of is fanfiction, and that the fanbase are probably celebrating this is disappointing. They'll just get burned again.
I'd like to be proven wrong.

It's extremely cursed to me that Filoni runs the franchise now. Clone Wars had a few good elements but I can't ever look past how thoroughly Filoni went out of his way to destroy Grievous's character. 8-foot tall alien cyborg that kills jedi's for fun jobbing out to a bald girl who looks like she's been on chemotherapy for 20 years and the show directors Fanta waifu. Bro couldn't even beat Kit Fisto's apprentice 1v1, this is how bad they hated Grievous.

He's the shit sucking faggot who supported Luke getting buck broken so he can write his fanfic about his OC based on Gandalf he stole from George.
He sucks in his own way and I'd argue he's as bad since he's similarly inflexible with the garbage he pumps out. Actually worse, since for all that Kennedy does the same stupid shit, it's at least with attempts at having more characters. Dave only likes a small batch, and that's what he'll triple down on.

Dave likes them. All the random shit that gets pushed is because he's the faggot who likes them. It's why the Mandos became Death Watch lite for example.

He hasn't done that yet. I can easily see him be dumb enough to do something like that given that he okayed and is guilty of this quite a bit himself. The concept of Thrawn coming back was all his idea from his god awful Assoka show for example was rife with that shit. And that he intentionally spedrun the mob boss Maul shit because he doesn't have a goddamn clue about pacing. If you look at how the plots run for anything he makes you can cut easily half of it since he's unfocused and bad at reheating the same slop.
Reminder a lot of the stupider things and ideas from TCW were from him as well. And fucking reminder he didn't have the full show for that shit given he piggybacked off of George. Now in fairness, a lot of dumb shit in the first three seasons were George's fault too, he ain't blameless either. Both agreed to make Grievous and Dooku fucking retards.
But he got his ass carried hard by Lucas doing a lot of last minute lifting and due to him being autistically interested in his own setting.

The biggest problem is Kennedy is really good at the production end of the equation, making sure the movies can be made by getting the people, locations, equipment, etc., at the right time and in the right place for or under the budget they set up. However, she sucks at the creative end of it. She shouldn't be the one deciding the Force is Female or that we need nothing but Girl Power or women directors in all the things or the characters like Indy and Luke are just crusty old white men who simply need to be upstaged by coloreds and self-insert women.
But the guy who has been tapped into the creative side, really is a hack as well that can only keep going back to the Orange Waifu well.

Im still not happy that Leland Chee got sidelined as soon as Kennedy took over. He'd do a better job with the franchise than Filoni, at least I'd hope so.
