It's quite remarkable how big of a mistake Elfin has made here. Elfin knew about the alleged fact that the nudes of her that were being spread around were underage content. Why didn't she make an announcement when this was first happening to her? She would undoubtedly be a victim in that context, since the spreading of her nudes would be a criminal act and revenge porn. She would most likely have been given a lot of support and attention had she done this.

But she never did that. She knowingly allowed underage nudes of her to get spread around and ONLY NOW she is stating these are images are underage content. If someone has underage nudes of themselves getting spread, shouldn't their first intention be to state that these are underage nudes? Waiting to say this MONTHS after these nudes are being spread reeks of malice to me. It feels like she intentionally set up people to spread them as a trap to accuse them of spreading underage content after time has passed.

Given how Elfin is claiming to have lied about her age. I seriously don't trust her, even if she is stating the truth here. Lying about your age for that long is very malicious. ESPECIALLY when her alleged true age at the time was that of a minor.

Now, this is me speculating here. But what if Elfin is lying about these photos being from when she was underage? What if this is all a ploy to get these photos taken down? By claiming it's underage content, it would be legally and morally justified to take it down. As I said before, I don't trust her, she needs to post evidence of her true age. If these photos are truly underage content, then they should 100% be taken down. But I think it's a possibility that she could be lying about it being underage content. This is only speculation and a theory, I'm not making a factual claim here. She very well could be telling the truth in this context.

After doing a bit of research I found a website (A) that explains what a foundation year/course is.

This site also list the common requirements for this course.

There are two things on this list that I don't think the average reader wouldn't know: the IELTS test and Certificate of HSC.
1. IELTS is the International English Language Testing System. L/A

2. A Certificate of HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) is equivalent to a high school diploma. L/A


These simple requirements already though a wrench in her story. As Hiba, an American, would not have a high school diploma at 16.

Hiba is majoring in cyber security and is not taking an apprenticeship.

One special thing about cyber security degrees in the UK is that schools can have their degree certified by NCSC (National Cyber Security Center), and the NCSC lists all universities with certified degrees on their website (A). Given that Elfin traveled across the pond for her education I would be shocked if she didn't pick a university with a NCSC certified degree. Based of this assumption, I cross referenced the NCSC list and the foundation course universities to make find the common denominators, which I will list below.
