No lol. Maduro will receive a comfy house arrest. There will be no "political transition" the only leverage Chavismo has is being able to use the country as a human shield of sorts. So dismantling any of the tools that allow them to do so, would go counter to their interest. While Trump interest can be achieved with Chavismo in power. Nothing will happen long term, and depending on who wins the next US elections, we may go back to square 1.
TLDR: Everything that Trump wants, can be achieved with Chavismo in power.
