A thing I hate about Ian is how much of a smartass he is.

Feel free to correct me like an orthopaedic shoe, but I thought Dane was around because he got a % cut of Idubbbz merch sales back in the day as he helped them set it all up, and they have basically pressured him to repay them via the podcast almost ten years later. I think that is why he appears as if he doesn't give a shit.

Was there any weight to the Dane being obeesity theory?
 
I would say Ian is trying to babytrap Anisa to keep the marriage going (And to have somewhere to live in Canada). Anisa, if she is looking to leave Ian, knows a child would keep then connected forever and is trying to avoid it.
I fear in the event of a child that Ian would go full Chris Tyson due to Anisa motherly instincts kicking in and giving him much less attention that he already gets.

I feel that’s giving Ian too much credit, he isn’t smart enough for a play like that, and even if he was, knows it’s hard to accomplish if you’re only allowed up on the bed once every few months.

I'm pretty sure Dane and iDubbbz go back pretty far, but I think besides maybe being the editor for some of his videos I think they were friends and might have even had some connection outside of YouTube. Theres a video somewhere fairly old, before the content cops I think, where And I was playing tf2 with Dane just them talking while they play together. I'm fairly certain they were very close before iDubbbz ever gained true popularity, I doubt they were friends just for convenience. It's probably why UncleDane has still been showing up, iDubbbz has always been his friend and while Dane has bad opinions, he's way more well adjusted than Mr. Johma, I don't think he wants to do the podcast but just help his friend in a tough time. Dane certainly deserves some flak in general, but next to And I he's a silent saint.
