I think there will be several power blocs at play- I think the Venezuelan military will take over for now (VP Delcy is in Russia?) and depending on how negotiations with the US go, will implement a transitional government that can at least promise immunity, order, and continuity. The current crop of opposition leaders may or may not get back into power.
