I google it and all I got was pictures of filthy teeth...
Tartar sauce. It comes from "sauce tartare" which was served with the raw meat dish steak tartare, which itself was named after the slavic-mongol steppe people, The Tartars, who were believed to eat raw meat.

It's basically mayo mixed with dill, relish and capers. Not half bad, but can be a little strong.

If you google just "tartar" by itself you'll get results for dental tartar, or dental plaque. Which is hardened buildup of minerals and bacteria people get from not brushing their teeth enough.

creme fraiche
We know it's you, Randy.

Oscetra caviar is really good. I never thought to pair it with chocolate though. Are you pairing it with dark chocolate ? Sweeter? I eat it every now and then but on cracker with creme fraiche and chive .
I've never been able to like caviar. Even the really expensive kinds when I have had the good fortune to try them for free. I'm glad, because that shit's expensive. It's definitely edible on those blini things with crème fraîche but I just wouldn't pay for it.

It's not that I find the general concept of fish eggs distasteful. My favorite sushi is the hand roll of uni (sea urchin roe) and a raw quail egg.

Sugar in any form does not belong in coffee. Half-and-half and milk are fine, but I've never understood the people who feel the need to dump 2 packets of Splenda (or God forbid, some Starbucks HFCS syrup sludge) into their cup.
Frankly, I'm of the opinion that if you don't like black/unsweetened coffee, you don't like coffee.

Artisan burger places and even chains got huge in my city over the past two years and i have to say fries with truffle mayonaisse are just fucking retarded. Call me cheap but i won't pay 11€ for an order of fries out of sheer principle. I am willing to pay top dollar for a well-made burger but in most of these places you look at 40€-50€ per person on a full order and at that price point i'd rather go to a real restaurant and eat anything but a burger and fries. I live in the big city and have no idea how those places even manage to stay open with their over-priced bullshit.

"Artisan burgers" are fucktarded. Burgers are not supposed to be artisan, they're just supposed to be good, and preferably greasy as Hell. Anything fancier than Five Guys is bullshit.

Horseradish can also go with almost anything.
Horseradish fucking rules.
Working at Five Guys ruined burgers (and fries!) for me because whenever I try giving anywhere a chance I’m always disappointed and could make a better one myself.
And this is why you should. Burgers aren't even hard to cook. The time it takes to cook them is usually less than the time it would take to get in line and order them from some shitty fast food joint.

And when you cook it yourself, it's EXACTLY like you WANT it. And it's a lot cheaper because you can do it on your own schedule.

When you said "exactly like you want it" my brain read those words in the voice of this guy(when he's pouring the whiskey in to caramelize this stuff he says "the whiskey you like" and it just clicked in my head for some reason 😂).
This stuff also looks good.

Any "meat" that isn't muscle is total crap. Don’t try to deceive me with some special, magical recipe for melt-in-your-mouth beef liver or chicken hearts, I'm still gonna vomit after the very first bite.
The heart IS a muscle. Not a fan of liver, but marinated skewered chicken hearts grilled Brazilian style are delicious, even if not something to make a whole meal out of.

Liverwurst[1], pate and liver dumplings (in chicken stock soup) are pretty good IMO, but other than that I don't like organ meat either (including other liver foods, a lot of people like fried chicken liver with rice here, I dislike it strongly). I haven't had heart yet, may try it if I see it.

[1] I am talking about this, when you google "liverwurst" you get something different, it seems that this is an exclusively Czech and Slovak dish, I did not know that lol. I haven't had it in years, it tastes good, but I just can't mentally get over the ingredient list (and my butcher doesn't really have them often). I do still eat pate and liver dumplings, I guess it's the multitude of organs that puts me off.
