The pin's a bit blurry so can't exactly make out a specific denomination but wouldn't be shocked if she is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, those lot have been quite progressive with their politics and theology for quite some time.

They are trying to wrangle them by reworking the H1B system. I still think that their abuse of that system is a scam on the level of the Somalis and should be treated like any other shithole 3rd world. But unfortunately too many jeets brownnosed their way into high up positions for that to happen.
