Yes, one is actually a girl. Looking up ivlice_/sharkytidus' real name on Caghi, a Malaysian public records database, I found her face and identity card number (MyKad/IC).

Only one? So far it seems 2 of the 4 are TIFs.
I would even say if you listen to their group stream for a couple of seconds, it's fairly obvious they are ALL pooners lol. Shotacon/BL is a fujoshi niche so this shouldn't be too big of a surprise. Pedos like Taiga are uncommon because it's difficult for most post-puberty men to sound underage or androgynous, not without something to change the audio. They usually just sound like a clockable TIM if they try.
