Damn, opening up a daycare center seems pretty lucrative.
I like that woman in the Nick Shirley video around the Quality Learing (!) Center, who just shouts "DON'T OPEN UP, ICE IS HERE", then says "I don't care who you are", and then continues shouting about how ICE is there.
 
This is an incredibly common type of fraud with only slight variations in its implementation across the US. Most of the economy really is just scams and fraud with the aim of extracting money from public institutions and investors. Education and childcare are only a small facet of this. Never ever trust an "American" "entrepreneur".

It's also not just Minnesota. Washington state as a ton of Somalian daycares and charities, and apparently a lot of these daycares were donating a shitload of money to ActBlue, the Democrat political donation machine.

Supposedly the local bulbheads brought their kids in this week for a photo op to try and claim these sterile office buildings they were pretending were daycares were "totally real bro, look at the photo op we took today" despite other evidence (neighbors having never seen a child, hundreds of failed inspections, etc) proving it was absolutely a scam.
