I think it's more that he's just scared to leave his house, period. Didn't Sally say in a body cam or a call that Chance won't get a license because hes scared to death of getting hurt driving? I'll be honest, this one went right over my head. He's been babbling so much about having current marines, former marines, FBI, law enforcement, etc behind his BACK that I thought he was talking about the actual CIA.

I don't blame you, usually I assume most people watch like the first five minutes of his streams and then tune out the rest. You normally have to sit through 15 minutes (thank god for 2x speed) to get to the interesting freudian slips, so the average person could easily have a "blink and you miss it" moment for stuff like this.

Also, Raxx has two modes for his retarded misshapen head: Seizure or Eerily still. Either hes waggling his head around like a coke head or hes just dead-pan staring in two directions while facing the camera. Fucking unsettling, Ive never seen a human talk and just shake their head all over the place like that.
