More updates on the Kilmar Abreggo deportation case.
When we left off last week good boy, Maryland man, and all a round super-hero Kilmar Abreggo was told to report to ICE facilities in Maryland to get ready for his deportation as the original immigration judge completed his correction of the loophole that allowed Abreggo to stick around in the US and thus he was a goner.
Well of course his legal guardian angel Judge Paula Xinis didn't take that so well. After realizing that she no longer had any jurisdiction over the Abreggo case because, by her own ruling, it was once again a immigration matter, Xinis shit out a whole slew of court orders over the last few days. All sealed up until today because oh boy was Old Paula was up to some crazy shenanigans.
Taking a page from Old Jew Judge Jeb Boasberg (you remember him right? He's the judge trying to convict Trump for criminal contempt for ignoring his order to turn around planes full of gang-bangers, rapists, murderers and drug-runners heading to C-COT even after the SCOTUS told him to sit down and STFU) Xinis has now declared she is launching an investigation of her own! Yes, she is investigating her own bosses in the DoJ all the way up to President Trump (because of course she wants to charge Trump). What's she investigation? Why for "vindictive prosecution" of poor old Abreggo of course!. This poor innocent husband and father has become the target of a wide ranging conspiracy to have him deported "at any cost" so stunning and brave Judge Paula Xinis must step in to save this noble soul from the ravages of the evil Tom Homan and his gang of ICE thugs.

According to Xinis's last few court orders; Abreggo is now a witness in a investigation her court is launching so why yes she still has jurisdiction over him and his case and no child you cannot send him to Texas out of her reach nor can you deport him as he's vital to her investigation and must be readily available to her soon to be appointed Special Prosecutor. And because the DoJ are just such baddies she's staying any and all proceedings until she can complete her investigation into DoJ malfeasance so there you evil orange meanie!
She will no doubt order Abreggo to be given yet another (his 4th) immigration hearing and it will have to be in Maryland because....reasons! Again Xinis will make sure Abreggo ends up before a sympathetic judge here in Maryland, and not in that evil Nazi-land called Texas where she doesn't have jurisdiction, who will finally give this long suffering American his rightful citizenship and put an end to this long running harassment of such a upstanding US citizen. Yes, according to Xinis Abreggo is just like any other US citizen now and thus get all the rights and privileges he's entitled too. He's an illegal alien you say? Nope! His paperwork wasn't done correctly by the first judge so that means he's automatically a US citizen now so suck it MAGA! In fact Xinis is on the brink of ruling that all illegals everywhere are now just straight up US citizen because she's a judge and can do whatever she wants judging from the tone and direction of her arguments.
What is her authority in these matter? Fuck if I know...her augments are terrible, circular, lacking stature, lacking logic and like Jeb she mostly uses her own rulings in this very case as case-law to justify her new orders..so she's quoting herself to justify herself. Yeeh, that works right?
Will this stand? Who the fuck knows, Maryland is a shit show but I'm going to say no once it hits the state appeals court as it set too weird a precedent for even the faggiest of Democrat judges to be comfortable with. Xinis has basically made herself the supreme power in the land who is able to ignore both the peer judges, other circuit judges (the immigration judge) as well as standard legal procedures all so she can launch investigations that have unlimited subpoena powers against her bosses in the Federal Government because....she says so. That's really what it boils down too. She can do this because she's a judge and can order anything and have it obeyed until a higher court overturns it. Which could and will take months longer and tie up much DoJ resources, which I think is really her goal in the end. Delay, delay and delay some more until hopefully Trump...dies I guess? Cuz it don't look like the Dems will take back the house or the senate in 2026 right now.
The system was never designed for rogue judges and a limp-dicked Congress that won't impeach. Ideally if a judge, like Xinis or Boasberg, came about Congress would smack the shit out of them for such stupid rulings and orders but the RINO's in Congress will stall any attempt to remove said rogues because they hate MAGA as much as the Democrats and chaos is better then Trump getting his way.
In the end I think this is her last desperate attempt to try to keep her finger in the pie. She fucked herself when she ruled that the immigration judge's clerical error was grounds to ignore and redo the hearing. Which is pure shit, a murderer doesn't get off scott free just because a judge made a grammatical error in his final ruling but that's what Xinis is claiming here. So now that the original immigration judge fixed his error the issue is settled, except for Xinis who will do anything to keep this case in her courtroom because ORANGE MAN BAD!.
Anyway...these orders only became unsealed this morning so lets see what the DoJ has to say about this. For now the wife beating, child trafficking Maryland Man stays free.
TLDR: Never give a woman authority...it never ends well.

Some Good news for a change.
That Jew Tuber who went and confronted all those supposed Somali "daycare's" and "health centres" in Minnesota and got himself arrested for "trespassing"....somehow. Well the charges have been dropped and the DoJ has added all those companies to the list of organizations being investigated for fraud. The best bit is the name of one of the learning centres is "The Learing Centre for Kids". Fucking Somali's can't even spell.
Fuck the MSM, this is where the real journalism is at. All it took was two dudes with a camera going out to ask questions and now even more fraud is being uncovered. His little video now has over 100 million views on Jew Tube btw. People are noticing this shit.
