How many times are you gonna repeat this alleged nick that you won't share any more information about. I searched but didn't find anything. Maybe share something concrete.
Ketamine via IV works wonders. Six one hour therapies works wonders on ~80 percent of depressed people. The drug shysters hate it, because ketamine is dirt cheap and it only takes 6 flights to chase the depression fog away.
It depends. Sometimes it does that but at the cost of absolutely obliterating your memory and making you nonfunctional. Then it doesn't last and they go back to depression and on top of that they're even more fucked up.
I can't believe you're seriously advocating K-holing is a legit treatment for depression. You could equally claim that psychedelics are a treatment for it, since from your anecdotal evidence it fixes it. But ignore the negative side effects.
Also I'd be interested to know if there are any permanently altered or damaged parts of the brain after taking large doses of these psychoactive drugs. Sure, it might treat the depression, but it might also damage the part of your brain that's responsible for critical thinking or something like that. From my own experience with depression, it was caused by the inability of me to solve my real life problems. Over time I learned how to solve my problems better and also which problems to solve and which to just accept and learn to live with. I'd say that depression is like a brain overload, where it's tasked with too much work with too little reward. Finding how to do work that actually rewards your brain as opposed to work that doesn't was a critical part of getting out of depression for me. It required me to rethink my priorities, forget about the priorities that were taught to me by my parents and society as they were wrong and weren't resulting in me being in a happy place, and finding priorities that put me in a place of being closer to where I personally want to be and doing what gives me joy and satisfaction, regardless of what other people would demand of me. It's hard for people that are completely dependent on other people's opinion of them to self reflect like this, as they must be validated by others to get the dopamine hit that will make them happy, and are stuck in that place of seeking validation from others and cannot find a way to be happy on their own. Or they may not be smart enough to self reflect in that way.
Not to get off track too much, but a lot of mental health issues are due to an unhealthy gut microbiome.
Prebiotics and fermented foods can improve this.
Not really. The gut biome will establish itself without requiring you to eat pre-/pro-biotics, dairy or other fad "health" foods. You just need to stop eating goyslop. Cook your own food from raw ingredients so that you know what's in your food. You can't buy premade food or even go to a restaurant without getting poison mixed into your food. You don't know if you're sensitive to gluten, a particular spice, vegetable oils, dairy, ... if you always have everything mixed together and you just eat it. You have to eliminate all possible allergens by excluding them from your diet. And don't trust the ingredients list on the label regarding spices, they can mix all sorts of allergens in there.
My mix is home-made yogurt, raw sauerkraut, kimchee, live miso and natto and kombucha is the only drink I drink outside of water, coffee and tea. Most food is depleted and "dead." When the kids were young, all milk was raw as well. The shysters that run big-food/big-agro-tech should be in prison for selling "food" which shouldn't even be used to feed pigs.
I'd agree about processed "food" being poison, but I don't miss dairy at all, in fact it was one of the things that I can't handle. Meat and starch are the two basic things that humans need to be healthy. Sugary foods are alright too. I don't eat anything else (meat, starchy, sugary foods, salt) - no vegetables, no fruits, no dairy, and I've never been healthier.
Much of it is down to one's individual genetics, which determine which foods you can process.
