The medical/humanitarian argument for the spread of this stuff is that the social transition is the only way to satiate gender dysphoria, what people don't often acknowledge is that was it worth the negatives of inflicting psychosis on wider society.

If the only way to calm your Big Feelings is to get every person, animal and institution you interact with to lie to you, then you're the problem.
