🐮 LolcowRussell Greer / Mr. Green / Russell Greee / Russle / Brothel Prince / @ just_some_dude_named_russell29 / A Safer Nevada PAC - Swift-Obsessed Sex Pest, Convicted of E-Stalking, "Eggshell Skull Plaintiff" Pro Se Litigant, Homeless, aspiring brothel owner
Well, since Russ wants to tell the court how to do things, he can now be the judge, you can be the plaintiff, and I guess the judges can now be the defendants. (I honestly wish we could make the judges the defendants at this point...)
Did he refer to the Greer v Moon lawsuit in the filing? It would be hilarious if the secretary of state looks up the original lawsuit and calls up the court to ask WTF and it makes the court realize that they really need to start wrapping up this case.

Gonna bet this is Greer throwing a tantrum that he didn't get a restraining order against Hardin. Opposing council investigating his bullshit claims is obviously a civil rights issue.
Depends. If it's related to his fraudulent corporate filings using fake names or just initials from people who may not even know they're being listed as connected to a corporation, it could bring some criminal heat. More likely it would just get the registrations invalidated or force him to give actual names.
If Mr. Greer has filed for IFP (which I assume he has) we may not see the complaint until January 2026, since we have Christmas Holidays and New Years around the corner.
It is the address on the registration for Intimate Dealings LLC. If memory serves he, Waylon, and Chris Wilson (the officers of the corporation) were all listed at that address. The articles of incorporation included a seemingly legitimate registered agent (forget his name but not one of the officers and a search for his name turned up a registered agent service) as well and I cannot recall if he had a different listed address.
This raises many questions that I will refrain from raising here to avoid helping the tard, but suffice it to say he just handed Mr. Hardin an early CWCMas present.
ETA: Can anybody else access Intimate Dealings' website right now (12:40 US Mountain time)? All I get is the default Wix "this domain is not connected" page.
ETA x2: Cannot screencap because mobile but the registered agent's name is Marc Gohres with the same address as the officers. The first few Google results state he is a registered agent/runs a registered agent service but some of them seem iffy.
He's suing the SoS for civil rights infringement. The three theories Hardin and I came up with are:
(Hardin) He's suing over not receiving unemployment after being fired for incompetence.
(Me) He's suing for over the restraining order being denied.
(Hardin) He's suing for something related to his prostitution PAC.
The issue with the first two is that the SoS is not the right defendant.
