Very true, and glad you mentioned speculation bc I've been wondering how people knew the terms of his trust(s), which are often stated as if established fact.

All that said, imagine where the Nick Rekietas would be absent significant support from his mother/ family sources. Let's see....he had 28ish low-level cases over 5 years as a semi-practicing lawyer. He had a big year, and probably some shoulder very good years on YT. And otherwise? They'd be in the murder house at best, and unlikely that.

This might be the very first time I have ever seen somebody try and argue "actually, my CPS is cool."

I always figured "CPS is shit" is a universal constant throughout the U.S... Does anybody actually have a high opinion of their own local CPS? I sure as hell don't.

And, of course, Nick does not actually believe it either, because he was talking mad shit about Alisha Sweep. Calling her a liar, etc.. He even did that fairly recently. Even though he got his kids back, rest assured, he ain't a fan of them. He's just doing this to try and distract from the fact he only got his kids back because they couldn't keep them any longer absent some pretty heavy duty court shit. He wants people to believe he got them back because he's a good parent. As if.

Overall, very little is known about about what he personally is going to inherit, and how. We really only know about Petrofac, how that passed down to his mother, and how Nick has benefitted in certain ways from that.

For years Nick has said he does not have a personal trust find, and he may very well not in the most technical sense of the term. However, his mom is absolutely loaded. Nick massively downplayed that fact for years to try and cast himself as completely self-made. He's not. Nick loves hanging on semantics when it's convenient.

They can't have any form of normal celebration over the holidays and he doesn't work anyway so this is not just a sad and lonely existence for his children but a deeply weird one as well.
