If the characters are "aged up", then who cares? If the characters had a canonical future version then no one would probably care if you drew porn of the future version and that's basically the same thing as porn artists drawing them with adult bodies. This is the weirdest topic, just most of the characters in Pokémon are thought to be 10 years old when they first get their creatures. Despite looking like adults, could they be moreso attracted by loli niggers when sexualized?
A character that suffers with this issue is Hatsune Miku who is canonically 16 years old. Would it be okay to have her sexualized despite looking like an adult?

I hate Vocaloid fandom discourse over their "canon" ages because Miku (and the other Vocaloids) sing songs (made by the users, because Vocaloid is a voice synthesizer program and not even an anime) where they're singing about being high schoolers, college students, adults with jobs, ninjas, etc. Their "canon ages" are bullshit because there isn't even really a Vocaloid "canon" in the first place.
One of my favorite Vocaloid ships, Miku x Luka, has been ruined by tumblrinas who sperg whenever they see the ship about how "PROBLEMATIC" it is because Miku's "canon age" is 16 and Luka's "canon age" is 20, even though there's several songs where they sing about being the same age.
