Teflon Tard magic is not as unlimited as I thought it was.

If you follow the full Greer package, he thinks himself a bigshot wheeling-dealing pimp and entertainment mogul who's going to run some big shot brothels while releasing hit records and best selling graphic novels. When Hardin then tries to ask a supposed business partner who may not even know they were a busness partner, about the Greer's finances, it knocks down the house of cards that he has been establishing with his fake it til you make it approach to success.
We've already seen how he tries to cut off Hardin's investigations by yelling at town clerks. Now, he can tell them "don't respond to Hardin, he's such a stalker I had to request a protective order FROM THE POLICE against him. Here's the docket number to prove it." That may actually be enough to give the clerks pause, whereas before they gave Hardin the requested info as a matter of course.

I expect him to repeat this claim to everyone Hardin talks to about this case, including his mysterious friendly hooker who thinks Natalie Banks isn't very nice.

Edit: courts and thread moving so fast no one will know Greer is gay

I bet he'll still tell people he "had to" file for a PO, he'll just leave off the part where it was denied.

If I read the procedure right, it looks like the case isn't dead yet. Russhole just didn't get his emergency ex parte order. This can still be set on for a hearing, if Russhole can figure out how to serve The Hardship.

This meal ain't over yet.

Hmmm, it does still say the case is open:

Its not like Greee can call any witnesses without bringing his dad and brother back into things, so he'll continue with endless hearsay, leading to more witness disclosures and chimpouts caused by them.

I imagine the emergency restraining order was denied quickly because there's no immediate threat of physical danger, other than one of the parties being covered in drool. Talk talk talk is right though he can still attempt to go through the process for a non emergency restraining order.

Sooner or later someone is going to start filing emergency motions to try and see if the bench is even awake in this case.

I guess if Russ is gets laughed out of court for his protective order nonsense, it's not quite as urgent at the moment.

I just hope we get to see those emails soon.

Hardin did give them a nudge to rule on two motions but could see Greer filing something now that his state protective order has been denied. Probably demand that the court rule on his motion to revoke Hardin pro hac vice status immediately.
