That's not how it works at all. Liver Cirrhosis is caused from the inside of the liver meaning it occurs while the liver is processing the body's intake of food, drink, medicine, etc. The bolts, even if they were implemented wrong, are no where near the liver when they are implanted, not even close. This would mean she either has an autoimmune disorder, she has hepatitis, she really likes to drink chemicals for some reason, she's taking bad medicine or she's some kind of painkiller addict (likely), or, and this is a big or, she's a fucking alcoholic. My bets is she's addicted to opium or she's an alcoholic. But I don't know her so I don't know.
